PROCESSING ORDERS

We are a made to order brand but our clothes are loose fitting and very size inclusive. When you make an order kindly confirm that the size you choose is closest to your measurements to avoid having clothes that do not fit well.

To keep our business sustainable, we purchase only few quantities per print and generally khanga fabrics are limited edition so once it’s stock is finished its no longer available and never reprinted, however we can make the design in another fabric available on the site.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We are a made to order brand. The photos on the online shop are mainly our samples that are also on sale however the same print subject to availability.
Our process for this is that you pick from the fabric choices on sale in our shop and we charge only for the outfit price and do not charge extra for the fabric.

You are also free to purchase the fabric on its own.

Khanga is a limited-edition fabric so we do not repeat prints once it is finished. We require measurements for all orders and we do advise on small possible style changes on the designs in our website.

The process may take 7 working days [weekdays excluding holidays] or less from order confirmation.

Full payment must be made for the orders before order is processed.

Photo or video of the complete order will be sent to the client with confirmed measurements via WhatsApp or email to ensure that the order was processed correctly and to avoid returns.
